Training and Event Team Member Opening

Prestige Technical is seeking an experienced individual to be a full-time member of our team that provides support to a training facility and an event planning group in Mason, OH. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for working with session leaders to prepare the event spaces for their upcoming meetings or training sessions. Each event held presents a different set of supply and room layout requirements that need to be prepared for and set up. You and the team you supervise will :

Understand in advance (working with Customer Success Lead) individual session needs to plan:

  • Food and Beverage requirements
  • Room reservations and floor plan set-ups
  • Act as liaison with session leaders to make sure everything needed is in place day of the session or meeting
  • Prepare printing/supplies/prototyping carts logistics for teams as needed
  • Fulfill session attendee requests day of – active problem-solving
  • Early morning open and prep for sessions
  • Meal set up
  • Ensure specialty meals get to the correct attendee
  • Keep dining and catering kitchen space neat and clean
  • Run dishwasher as needed and put away items washed
  • Make popcorn a few afternoons a week. Schedule TBD
  • Help with restocking snacks and paper items that serve the dining area
  • Basic Tech Awareness (we will train)
  • Team player and flow to the work
