Cascades at St. Anne - Seattle, Washington Full Time Nurse Hourly Pay - RN $48-54 | LPN $43-48 What you'll do: Prepare, administer, and document medications, tests, treatments, and IV lines Record time spent performing individual treatments, in accordance with ancillary services policy, on the medication/treatment record Ensure proper storage and security of drugs and biologicals in accordance with facility policies and procedures Notify the physician of refusal of medication/treatments, non-compliance with a treatment plan, and resident response to medication regime, and promptly report any adverse reactions Keep medication cart, refrigerator, and room neat, clean, and medication stored properly (disposing of expired medication) Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing personnel, as required Practice, implement, and supervise Infection Control, Universal Precaution, and safety policies and procedures We're looking for: Current active license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical information in English Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/push/pull 50 lbs Must see, hear, or use prosthetics that enable these senses to function adequately to meet position requirements Experience in long‑term geriatric nursing care preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Cascades at St. Anne
