Sales ManagerWe're seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievementRide alongs and in field coachingProvide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviewsBuild a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goalsRequirementsOne-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales managementHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and reliable vehicleStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsDetailsW2, OTE $250,000 - $400,000+Draw, commission & bonuses paid weeklyBenefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days)Full-time, weekends requiredField-based role
