What You’ll Be Doing Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Match invoices to purchase orders and approvals Assist with weekly payment runs including ACH, checks, and wires Maintain vendor records and update banking/tax information Reconcile vendor statements and help resolve payment discrepancies Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoices and charges Support audit requests and maintain organized documentation Assist with purchase order and approval workflows Help improve and streamline AP processes as we continue to grow What We’re Looking For Experience with accounting or ERP systems (QuickBooks experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy Why Join Us?
