Direct Support Professional

Overview We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for serving others and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all residents. Key Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Ensure that all residents receive appropriate care and support, including medical and behavioral needs. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders. Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed. Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
