Quality Systems Lead - Food Safety & Compliance

As a (Junior) Quality Systems Manager, you play a key role in ensuring that our quality standards are not only met but continuously improved. You will drive the development and execution of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance, transparency, and excellence across our operations. (2 years fixed-contract) What You’ll Do Quality Systems Management Develop, maintain, and continuously improve our QMS in line with standards such as IFS and customer requirements Use QMS tools to manage workflows, documentation, and non-conformance processes Audits & Certifications Prepare, coordinate, and support internal and external audits Ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements Conduct internal audits and coordinate mock recalls Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues sustainably Analyze KPIs and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Train and support employees on QMS processes and quality standards Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Engineering, and external partners Who You Are: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field Preferred: min. 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality systems in the food industry Strong knowledge of audits, compliance, and QMS Structured, analytical mindset with strong communication skills Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level) Our Culture: How We Grow Together Create wow: We dare to do things differently, seek to always win with consumers and customers, and endeavor to be forever relevant and vital to our world.
