Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Processor / Packaging Associate . This position combines computer-based order processing with hands-on packaging and general warehouse responsibilities.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable using a computer to review and process orders, enter information accurately, print shipping labels, and update order statuses. This individual will also prepare, package, label, and stage products for shipment.

Job Responsibilities

Review and process customer orders using a computer
Enter order and shipping information accurately
Print packing slips, shipping labels, and other required documents
Verify product numbers, quantities, and customer information
Pick and prepare products for shipment
Package products securely according to company requirements
Label boxes and confirm that each order is complete and accurate
Inspect products for damage or quality concerns before shipping
Update order statuses in the warehouse or shipping system
Organize completed orders in designated staging areas
Assist with inventory counts and product location updates
Maintain accurate records and report order discrepancies
Keep the packing station and surrounding warehouse area clean and organized
Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned
Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Requirements

Previous warehouse, order-processing, shipping, or packaging experience preferred
Basic computer and data-entry skills required
Comfortable using warehouse, inventory, or shipping software
Experience printing shipping labels and packing slips is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and follow order instructions
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Must be dependable, punctual, and organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Candidates must be comfortable performing both computer-based order processing and hands-on packaging duties.
