This role involves defending and advising clients in the waste disposal, manufacturing, and energy sectors on litigation, enforcement, and compliance matters. Duties Defend toxic tort, citizen suits, and administrative enforcement actions in various forums. Navigate environmental regulations and permitting under federal and state laws. Represent PRP in cleanups under CERCLA with consultants and experts. Advise clients on regulatory developments and policy changes. Requirements Strong academic credentials and analytical skills. Exceptional writing and client service abilities. Outstanding interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Desire to appear in court with confident oral communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Missouri or eligibility for admission. Skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
