You understand that "we are nothing without our team."The Growth Specialist: You are excited by the prospect of adding Electrical and Plumbing to a thriving HVAC business.Work Schedule and Qualification RequirementsHours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.Job Experience: Previous GM or high-level Operations Management experience in the trades is required.Mindset: A "buck-stops-here" attitude with a focus on solutions, not excuses.Position Summary: As Managing Director, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations.
