About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for People Operations and Insights. This enterprise leadership role is pivotal in setting the strategic direction, governance, and execution of global people operations, workforce insights, and people infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end operational excellence, integrating HR technology, shared services, and global service delivery to ensure a seamless, scalable, and employee-centric operating model. They will also lead the technology and AI strategy for people operations, driving automation and platform modernization to enhance efficiency and the employee experience. The role requires a leader with extensive experience in large-scale, global people operations and workforce analytics, strong executive judgment, and the ability to operate at an enterprise scale with clarity and credibility. Key responsibilities for the Executive Vice President include designing and scaling high-performing service delivery models, embedding automation and AI in HR processes, and partnering with senior executives to ensure that HR technology and data solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise priorities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, governance, and risk management, and will be a clear and confident communicator with the ability to engage at the executive level. They should be adept at leading through ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and driving outcomes with discipline and transparency. The role demands a leader who can build and lead a future-ready people operations team, combining product mindset, operational rigor, data fluency, and AI literacy to continuously evolve the function at scale.
