Job Title: Warehouse Production Associate (Direct Hire)

Location: Streetsboro, OH
Pay: $18/hour
Shift Options:

• 6:30am - 6:30pm (2-2-3 schedule)
• 6:30pm - 6:30am (2-2-3 schedule)

We are a compounding company specializing in the production of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) powders and pellets used in windows, fencing, siding, decking, and pipe applications


We are currently seeking motivated Warehouse Production Associates to join our team in a direct hire role.

What You'll Do

• Operate automated filling machines in a warehouse environment
• Assemble boxes, fill with plastic pellets and powders, seal and move product using a tow motor
• Perform general warehouse duties including cleaning and sweeping during downtime
• Work in a facility that is highly automated - no manual bag cutting or dumping required

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Ability to work in an environment that may be dusty with a mild plastic odor
• Tow motor experience preferred
• Steel toe boots required (jeans and t-shirt dress code)
• Must be able to work safely and follow safety procedures
