CNC Setup Machinist 2nd Shift | Train on Days

Pay: $25-$27/hour based on CNC experience + $1.00/hour 2nd shift premium

Supreme Machined Products is a family-owned precision machining company in Spring Lake. We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who can contribute beyond simply loading and unloading parts.

You'll train with our team on 1st shift before moving to a consistent 2nd shift schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
• Read blueprints and work instructions
• Make tooling and offset adjustments
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues
• Verify parts meet specifications
• Work with operators, quality, and leadership to keep production running effectively

We'd Like to Talk With You If You Have

• Previous CNC machining experience
• Experience setting up or making adjustments to CNC equipment
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience using precision measurement tools
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability
• A track record of dependable attendance and follow-through

Experience with CNC lathes, mills, multi-spindle equipment, or Hydromat equipment is especially valuable.

Schedule

Training: 1st shift
Permanent schedule: 2nd shift
Shift premium: +$1.00/hour

You'll know your regular schedule rather than rotating between shifts.
