Electrical Project Manager

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Buffalo, NY area for a local individual with 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator with a background in Civil Construction on mid-large size Industrial and Commercial projects . This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks. All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration. Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience on mid-large Industrial and Commercial . Experience with Construction Administration , Project Tracking, Labor/Material cost evaluation, documentation, inspections, purchasing and negotiations is a MUST . Experience quoting a vast array of project sizes ranging from Service and Maintenance to large multi-disciplined turnkey projects . Experience supervising and coordinating other’s performance and working with unionized trade craft labor is a MUST . Experience with Accubid, Enterprise, LiveCount or related estimation software is HIGHLY PREFERRED . Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational School in is HIGHLY PREFERRED .
