Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary)
Established company seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary assignment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong full-cycle AP experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Potential for conversion to hire.
Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices
- Perform full-cycle accounts payable functions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with weekly check runs
- Support month-end close activities
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Strong full-cycle AP knowledge
- High-volume invoice processing experience (multi-vendor).
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
- Construction industry experience preferred
Details
- Temporary assignment (possible temp-to-hire).
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- On-site position
- Pay: $25-$28/hour
