This role oversees event and non-event cleaning operations, manages large union and non-union teams, controls labor and budgets, and ensures exceptional cleanliness and safety standards.Schedule: Hours are based on operational needs.This is a Full-Time position

Responsibilities

• Lead all stadium cleaning operations (event, pre/post-event, and non-event days)
• Manage managers, supervisors, and large frontline teams
• Oversee union labor relations and contract compliance
• Control budgets, labor forecasting, and overtime
• Ensure OSHA, health, and safety compliance
• Partner with stadium leadership and operations teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of large-scale cleaning or facilities leadership experience
• Proven success managing high-volume venues and union environments
• Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and event schedules
• Experience working with union staff.
