Job Overview NBCUniversal’s Technical Operations Enterprise Product team builds products and services for NBCUniversal across various verticals. The Ad Technology and Integration team focuses on evolving our digital ad tech stack for monetization across STB, OTT, desktop, and mobile platforms. We are continuously monitoring production environments to ensure optimal end‑user video ad experience. Responsibilities Manage multiple medium to large‑scale projects through sprints, iterations, and project phases, including requirements gathering and clear status communication. Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and related events. Collaborate with product owners to size user stories, define acceptance criteria, create MVP definitions, and continuously refine and prioritize the backlog. Communicate team metrics and sprint/release progress to all teams and management. Discuss, resolve conflicts, and track/remove impediments efficiently. Promote continuous improvement, increase velocity, and foster experimentation, creativity, and innovation. Update program management systems for status, assist with budgets, forecasts, and resource capacity planning. Qualifications 3+ years of Scrum Master experience. Experience with SAFe, Atlassian workflows and operations, and Scrum Master certification with SAFe Agilist experience. Experience managing global project teams with competing priorities, diverse business objectives, and time‑zone constraints. Strong ability to collect information, document concepts with data and visualizations, and present complex topics to technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience in the media and entertainment industry. Experience with Microsoft 365, JIRA, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, Tableau, or PowerBI. Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are a plus.
