About The Job As a Scrum Master , you will contribute to enterprise-scale technology initiatives aligned with Willsmarg Technologies LLC’s product engineering, cloud, data, AI, security, and delivery ecosystem. Responsibilities Design, build, and support enterprise-grade solutions aligned to the Delivery function. Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, cloud, security, and delivery teams to execute project milestones. Write clean, maintainable, secure, and scalable implementation artifacts based on role expectations. Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, issue resolution, documentation, and release readiness. Support continuous improvement across engineering standards, delivery quality, and operational maturity. Minimum Qualifications 5–7 Years of relevant experience in enterprise technology environments. Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. Hands-on experience with core tools, platforms, or technologies listed for this role. Ability to work in structured delivery environments with accountability and quality focus. Understanding of enterprise application delivery, cloud systems, data, QA, security, or support practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on enterprise product platforms, SaaS systems, or large-scale business applications. Exposure to Agile delivery, CI/CD practices, cloud-native systems, governance, or compliance workflows. Ability to work across distributed USA and India delivery teams. Strong ownership mindset with attention to quality, timelines, stakeholder communication, and documentation. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Business Technology, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
