Appnovation is an award-winning team dedicated to inspiring possibilities.YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:Manage multiple concurrent projects for Appnovation's global and growing list of clientsManage project timelines, budgets, and maintain costs to remain within or under budgetCoordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-upsWork with Product Owners to handle backlog grooming and new requestsFacilitate internal communications and be the point of contact with external stakeholdersEstimate and track project velocity, costs, develop resource plans, and assess potential issues and risksCoach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams to higher levels of scrum maturityResolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and help teams implement changes effectivelyEnsure deliverables meet high quality standards at the end of each sprintIdentify and provide recommendations for process improvement in project deliveryHelp build a productive and enjoyable environment where team members own the productJOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:As a Scrum Master with Appnovation, you'll be responsible for managing multi-functional teams in the business of consulting, designing, developing, training and supporting digital transformation and digital marketing solutions for our clients around the world.Must Haves:3-4 years of Agile Project Management or proven Scrum Master experience in a digital agency, professional services or consulting environment, with a focus on running multiple concurrent scrum teamsExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks is a plus (Kanban, Crystal, XP, SAFe, etc.)Must have either Scrum Master Certification or hands-on Agile experience that can be described in detailStrong English written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to effectively communicate across different levels of the organizationExceptional planning, organizational, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skillsNice To Haves:Business analysis and requirements management experienceA solid understanding of, or hands-on experience with, software development, including mobile development, web development or multi-tech platform implementationWHO YOU ARE:First and foremost, you are passionate about new technology, incredible with clients, and widely recognized for the depth of your Project Management skillsComfortable working with clients and discussing technical and business requirementsDemonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with team members, establish roles and responsibilities, provide direction and foster effective team skills to complete tasks on timeExcellent organizational and time management skills, able to communicate project details clearlyAble to estimate project costs, set deadlines, and effectively manage teams of professionals to meet deadlinesAble and keen to work in a very fast paced, growth environmentInterested in directly influencing the continued growth of AppnovationThank you for your interest in a career with Appnovation Technologies!
