Scrum Master

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. Job Title Scrum Master Location New York, NY Job Overview As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Capital Markets division supporting multiple Agile teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Responsibilities Lead the transition from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within the organization. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Support and coach Scrum teams to ensure Agile principles are followed and continuously improved. Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across multiple teams and departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous delivery and improvement. Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex organizational environment. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, especially SAFe. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead change and influence teams at all levels.
