Field Visual Merchandiser

Promote Visual Merchandising as a key contributor to sales, margin, and turn by maximizing game plans, brand standards, product flow productivity, space issue escalation, and seasonal product movement Evaluate store KPIs and make commercial decisions and recommendations based on financial judgment Support stores at regional, district, and store levels through training to ensure game plan integrity and adaptation for unique space constraints Support company visual training and brand excellence through classroom training, virtual visits, and hands‑on store training Support new manager development and training at CORE for visual merchandising Collaborate with critical partners to solve store‑specific visual merchandising challenges based on game plans, brand standards, store architecture, and sales performance Ensure visual updates have field leadership and CSC visibility and are maintainable, sustainable, and documented Support new concepts and growth initiatives with the CSC visual team and New Store Team Participate in Regional/District weekly conference calls to drive planning, understanding, and execution of brand excellence and visual standards Requirements Associate's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or Visual Merchandising 3-5 years of multi‑unit management experience Multi‑Unit Management Experience Visual Merchandising Experience, preferably in softlines Store technology functions Demonstrated understanding of customer and retail merchandising strategies Strong problem solving skills based on analytics Engaging training and facilitation skills Ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and working independently Ability to demonstrate strong conflict management and negotiate resolution Knowledge of customer service and selling principles Candidates must reside within Novi, MI, Cleveland, OH, or Toledo, OH Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews AI tools are not permitted during any part of the interview process Satisfactory background check, which may include ID verification, required for offers Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Visual Merchandising and Multi‑Unit Management, with a strong focus on training, problem‑solving, and collaboration to enhance sales and brand standards.
