Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, staff, and families
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP processes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services for PreK-6th grade students as specified in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments to identify needs and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support professionals
• Develop engaging therapy activities tailored to individual goals
• Maintain accurate records and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Provide education and strategies to families and educators to support student growth
