Specialty Representative, Migraine - Tucson, AZ

Field-based specialty sales representative role focused on migraine therapeutics in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities include executing brand strategy, managing territory and accounts, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Execute brand strategy and tactics in assigned territory to meet sales performance and financial targets
- Develop call plans with pre-call objectives and post-call evaluations to optimize customer access and coverage
- Build customer relationships by identifying needs, handling objections, and achieving win-win agreements
- Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and disease/product knowledge with field and brand teams
- Identify and develop disease state experts and speaker advocates to support brand performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred
- Five years relevant industry experience with three years in pharmaceutical/health/science sector, or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED required
- In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge in migraine specialty area
- Proven sales track record and strong presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safe driving requirements
- HCIR credentialing eligibility including background check, immunization proof, and fingerprinting clearance
