Qualifications Licensed attorney with active admission to the Washington State Bar. One to three years of experience in personal injury law. Strong advocacy, communication, and negotiation skills. Organized, comfortable with Microsoft Office and case‑management software. Proactive, client‑focused approach. Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from start to finish: review medical records, handle subrogation issues, draft demand packages. Maintain effective communication with clients and insurance adjusters to move cases forward. Negotiate settlements. Mentor and support paralegals to improve team efficiency and performance.
