You’ll work directly with individuals and families to understand their health insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and help them find a plan that fits their situation.No searching for your own prospects — leads are provided.This is a 100% commission-based sales position, so your income is directly tied to your performance. We are looking for people who are coachable, competitive, motivated, comfortable speaking with people, and willing to put in the work required to build a successful sales career.A health insurance license is required before selling.
