Invoice Team Associate This position is National Remote. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. You'll be responsible for delivering value to our largest client accounts & assisting with the leadership of a team of motivated data entry specialists ensuring high quality results are delivered to our customers. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be during normal business hours. Primary Responsibilities: Invoice Entry & Approval Contact provider offices to resolve issues with invoices or W9s Review past due invoices for opportunities to retrieve charts Review invoices on hold for opportunities to complete payment You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age OR older 6 + months of experience in medical record retrieval, data entry, or finance Experience with Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management) Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday. Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
