This role plays an important role maintaining systems and seeing out activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, and promote CI progressHow you will contributeYou will:Help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS) and provide training on Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniquesHelp teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMSFacilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gapsEstablish new work standards to sustain improvementTrain and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities.What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:2+ years’ experience working on Continuous Improvement (CI) or in a Food Manufacturing environment Strong communication skills to support team discussions on CI activitiesApplication of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environmentAbility to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systemsMastery of Excel and other data analytics toolsOrganized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS processUniversity degree in Engineering, Food Science & Technology, or related fieldsMore about this roleWork schedule:This is an exciting site-based role with amazing on the job training and career development opportunities.
