About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Employee Relations and People Operations to lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives and support executive decision-making. Responsibilities include guiding cross-functional projects from strategy through execution, translating workforce analytics and employee relations trends into actionable recommendations, and driving organizational transformation across business functions. The role also involves partnering with senior HR leadership, preparing leadership materials, tracking priorities, and building scalable HR frameworks that promote alignment and operational excellence. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in HR, consulting, project management, strategy, or a related field, including five or more years of people leadership. Manufacturing industry experience and strong knowledge of employment law are required. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional executive communication skills and the ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
