Experienced General Surgery Physician - Mass General Brigham - Northampton, MA

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon to join a busy, well-established community General Surgery practice serving the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.

Highlights of this opportunity

• Join 3 general and minimally invasive surgeons
• Acute care surgery model with day and night PA in house support - one week of hospital only coverage (1:4)
• Office weeks include one day in the OR (block time is immediate), one admin day, and 3 8-hour clinic days
• Seasoned NP in the office to see post op patients
• Procedure room in the office for minor procedures
• Breast, colorectal, and bread and butter general surgery case mix; no vascular surgery, no robot
• Collaborative hospitalist team for admission of non-op patients
• At least 2 years' experience as a general surgeon required.
