Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting young learners as an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. Work closely with a dedicated team and help children ages 3-5 reach important developmental milestones in a welcoming, collaborative educational environment. Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
• Experience working with early childhood populations, preferably in a school-based setting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Comfortable managing a caseload of preschool-age children receiving Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) services
• Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse students, families, and staff
• A passion for early intervention and a commitment to evidence-based practice

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to children ages 3-5 identified with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and evaluations for ECSE eligibility
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Provide consultation and support to classroom staff and caregivers
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

This contract role runs from late August to early June, offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with 37.5 hours per week and the fulfillment that comes from supporting early learners at a pivotal time in their development.
