Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and devise individualized therapy strategies to help achieve their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Partner closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
• Instruct Patients and Their Families: Provide education on therapy techniques to foster ongoing progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure patients stay on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
