Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and craft personalized therapy approaches to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage collaboratively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing teams to ensure a thorough, client-focused care experience.

Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on optimal therapy strategies to support ongoing recovery and independence at home.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each patient.

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required.

A genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their maximum independence.
