Make a lasting impact supporting students with diverse needs as a dedicated Occupational Therapist at a vibrant school community near North Richland Hills, TX. This contract, full-time assignment offers the opportunity to tailor interventions that foster growth and independence for students across K-12 grade levels.

Your expertise will be vital in delivering services to a caseload of 45–60 students, collaborating with educational teams to develop and implement strategies that empower each child to thrive in their school environment.

What we’re seeking:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) through the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
• Prior experience as an OT in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to support grade levels based on evolving student needs, from Kindergarten through Grade 12
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized intervention plans
• Delivering direct and consultative OT services to students onsite in accordance with IEP requirements
• Monitoring progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and adjusting interventions as needed
• Communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and staff
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to educational planning
• Staying current with evidence-based practices and state regulations

This onsite position runs through June 4, 2027, with standard school hours of 8:00 am–4:00 pm. Engage with a supportive community, gain valuable experience across multiple grade levels, and help students reach new milestones.
