Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP-CCC credentials
• Texas SLP licensure required
• Previous experience within school settings is essential
• Demonstrated ability to support and mentor Clinical Fellows (CFs); supervision of SLPAs required
• Proficiency in managing diverse elementary caseloads, with a collaborative, proactive approach
• Comfortable working across campuses and adapting to changing needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to elementary students, supporting both group and individual needs
• Oversee the work of SLPAs, providing mentorship, guidance, and quality assurance for service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings, write effective goals, and maintain accurate documentation for each student’s progress
• Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student outcomes
• Travel as needed between campuses in an itinerant capacity
• Remain current with best practices and compliance requirements for school-based SLP services
