Attorney (Pre Litigation)

Direct Counsel represents a rapidly growing Plaintiff’s Personal Injury firm based in Los Angeles, CA, in its search for a talented and experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney. Other opportunities also available in Orange County, Las Vegas and Chicago. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated attorney with a strong background in personal injury law to handle a high-volume pre-litigation caseload. The ideal candidate is passionate about advocating for injured clients and has a proven ability to efficiently move cases toward favorable resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage a full pre-litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including property damage, records, demands, negotiations, and liens Analyze case facts and develop strategies to maximize case value and drive efficient resolutions Oversee all stages of pre-litigation, ensuring thorough case development and proactive file management Evaluate and enhance case value through medical and legal strategy Maintain consistent client communication to ensure satisfaction and engagement Collaborate with case managers, support staff, and attorneys to ensure smooth case progression Participate in case reviews and contribute to process improvements and case strategy discussions Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation Strong understanding of case valuation, negotiation, and settlement strategies Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar Base salary $150,000 - $225,000 plus bonuses Partnership Track Opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance (PPO plans) 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Free parking and weekly catered breakfast and lunch #J-18808-Ljbffr Direct Counsel
