Your role at Clorox:

The Change Lead helps Clorox teams successfully implement and adopt priority transformation initiatives. This role partners with leaders, project teams, and cross-functional partners to clarify what is changing, who is impacted, and what support is needed. The Change Lead develops practical change plans, communications, training materials, and adoption support so teams understand what to do and can confidently work in new ways. This role also helps reinforce adoption after launch to ensure changes are sustained and embedded into day-to-day work.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute change management plans that support successful implementation of prioritized enterprise initiatives.
• Partner with project leaders, process owners, business stakeholders and functional SMEs to understand what is changing, who is impacted, and what support is needed for adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder, change impact, readiness, and risk assessments to inform practical change strategies and mitigation plans.
• Create clear, audience-specific communications that explain the case for change, key process changes, timing, expectations, and required actions for leaders, managers, and employees.
• Develop and support delivery of training materials, job aids, FAQs, leader talking points, manager guides, and other enablement resources that help teams adopt new processes and ways of working.
• Partner with SMEs to ensure impacted employees are prepared to use new processes, tools, or ways of working.
• Engage leaders, managers, and change champions to reinforce key messages, gather feedback, address resistance, and support teams through transition.
• Partner with leaders on supporting ongoing adoption activities after launch, including reinforcement planning, adoption check-ins, feedback loops, and targeted interventions to help teams consistently use the new process.
• Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and feedback loops to surface concerns, build alignment, and improve implementation plans.
• Ensure change, communication, and training activities are integrated into the overall project plan, delivered on time, and connected to business outcomes.
• Support leaders and managers with practical tools and messaging so they can lead their teams through change with clarity and consistency.
• Help transition the new process to business-as-usual ownership, including reinforcement plans, handoff materials, and post-launch support.

What we look for:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in change management or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience supporting process, system, operating model, or ways-of-working changes that impact employees, managers, or business teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex changes into clear, practical messages.
• Experience creating change plans, communications, training materials, job aids, leader talking points, and manager tools.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across project teams, leaders, managers, People partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation skills and comfort leading working sessions, stakeholder discussions, readiness check-ins, and manager enablement sessions.
• Ability to identify adoption risks, resistance, stakeholder concerns, and change impacts, then turn them into practical actions.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and using feedback, readiness measures, training completion, and adoption metrics to improve outcomes.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

Zone A: $131,200 - $258,500

Zone B: $120,300 - $237,000

Zone C: $109,400 - $215,500

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
