Immediately Seeking! Warehouse Technician Monday-Friday| OT as required 7:00A.M-3:30P.M $17.50

Job Overview: The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, contributing to an efficient workflow, inventory accuracy and strict adherence to safety protocols. This position involves operating a forklift, communication with others, use of some technology, small tools and physical lifting.

• Operate a forklift safely and effectively.
• Move freight, stock or other materials to and from storage or production areas.
• Assisting other departments as needed or completing other job duties as assigned.
• Team Collaboration & Safety Adhere to company safety, sanitation, and workplace conduct policies. Efficiently execute daily warehouse activities- including receiving, picking, packing and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Utilize SAP and/or other software tools to help track inventory movement, monitor workflow and address operational issues. Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness, organization and compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team to troubleshoot problems or issues that arise during warehouse operations and assist in implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Participate in regular meetings to review performance, discuss challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
• Communication & Leadership Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments regarding operational needs and troubleshooting. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and a strong work ethic in all aspects of your role.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and consistently lift 30lbs. to 75lbs.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, spreadsheets, maintenance software).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
