A hospital is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a 13-week contract position with the possibility of permanent placement. This role offers a unique 7-on, 7-off schedule, working second shifts from 12:00 noon to 10:30 pm, Wednesday through Tuesday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order verification and medication dispensing
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Participating in pharmacokinetic monitoring and reporting
• Consulting with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication therapy
• Ensuring adherence to hospital pharmacy policies and standards

Qualifications:

• Current Missouri pharmacist license required
• Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC and Omnicell systems is advantageous
• Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration

Location:

• The position is based in Dixon, MO, serving a 250-bed hospital facility.

Schedule:

• 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm, 7 days on, followed by 7 days off (Wednesday to Tuesday rotation)
