About the Role:
As the Math Learning Center Manager at Mathnasium in Charlotte, NC, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the way students understand and enjoy math. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Math Learning Center to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Manage and mentor a team of instructors, providing guidance and professional development.
• Develop and implement engaging math programs tailored to students needs.
• Foster relationships with parents and students to maintain open communication about progress.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student performance and track improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Mathnasium standards and policies for quality education.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and budgetary responsibilities for the center.
• Promote the center through community outreach and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of math concepts and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
• Ability to create a motivating and supportive learning environment.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Flexible schedule, including evening and weekend availability as needed.
