job summary:
We are seeking a passionate, high-energy individual to help build and manage the infrastructure easements program that powers our critical online services and data center networks. This team is responsible for managing and delivering the critical infrastructure-including power, telecom, water, and wastewater systems-required to operate data centers. Our focus is on smart growth and high-quality delivery to meet customer demand while reducing the overall cost of delivery.

responsibilities:
Drive cross-team delivery of power, water, and fiber easements to allow for the construction and delivery of critical infrastructure.

Negotiate terms with landowners.

Project manage external suppliers negotiating Easements.

Work with teams across the US to manage external stakeholder risk.

Research new markets and engage with site selection to de-risk easement delivery.

Project manage internal/external legal counsel workflow to ensure swift execution of Easement agreements.

qualifications:
Proven experience in right-of-way negotiations and easement execution.

Strong project management background managing workflows with internal/external legal counsel and external suppliers.

Experience managing external stakeholder risks across multiple geographies and cross-functional teams.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage project schedules, track milestones, and present clear justifications to leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Deep field experience, with specific exposure to linear utility projects (fiber, water, power) considered a strong differentiator.

Basic knowledge of Real Estate planning and development, including site selection, land acquisition, zoning, permitting, entitlements, and A/E design processes.

Basic understanding of route engineering constraints for utilities.

Ability to drive standardization, automation, and repeatable processes into unique and complex projects.
