We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.As Printer Support Technician you will be responsible for:Support approximately 200 printers across an aerospace manufacturing site and assist with the broader North America printer environment.Perform printer deployments, installations, configurations, and replacements.Troubleshoot printer hardware, connectivity, and user-related issues.Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support and escalate complex issues to Xerox Level 3 support when necessary.Support end users across Line 1, Line 2, and associated facilities.Coordinate directly with Airbus stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.Maintain asset and support documentation as required.Qualifications:2+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, or Field Support experience.Experience troubleshooting printers, end-user devices, and basic network connectivity issues.Strong customer service and communication skills.Prior experience supporting large printer fleets.Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise environments.Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes.Location: Onsite in Mobile, ALThe actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, or pregnancy.Please beware of job seeker scams and see this important notice on our careers page for more information about our recruiting process.Compliance Notice: Alten USA is a federal contractor subject to the requirements of the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and Executive Order 11246.
