About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Southeast Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership, operational oversight, and fiscal accountability for a diverse portfolio of behavioral health, integrated care, and health and human services. This role demands a strategic, results-oriented executive with the ability to translate vision into action, develop strong leaders, and drive measurable improvements across a complex service system. The Executive Director will work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen services and advance an integrated approach to care, while ensuring programs remain aligned with regulatory and quality standards. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a health or human services field, or a related discipline, and 5-10 years of supervisory or management experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the behavioral health and healthcare landscape, with the ability to navigate payer, provider, regulatory, and community environments. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, productivity, access, and financial performance, as well as advancing program growth, strategic partnerships, and system-wide improvement initiatives. The role requires exceptional communication, collaboration, negotiation, and change-management skills, and the ability to build accountability and create alignment across teams and stakeholders.
