Senior Product Manager - AI Agent Marketplace & Ecosystem (Datagrid)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - AI Agent Marketplace & Ecosystem to join Procore’s AI Product organization. Our core data product, Datagrid, is expanding exponentially. As we build out a diverse world of digital AI assistants, the Agent Marketplace has become the primary gateway and first-time landing experience for our users. We need a dedicated product leader to own this ecosystem end to end. In this role, you will bridge the gap between core AI capabilities and ultimate marketplace discoverability. You will be responsible for defining the user experience of how agents are discovered, evaluated, and deployed, while ensuring that every automation listed maintains a rigorous quality bar. Crucially, this role will tap into your construction domain expertise to cultivate a rich ecosystem. You will serve as the strategic interface for both internal development teams and major third-party partners (such as DroneDeploy), guiding them to build high-quality, specialized agents that automate critical project workflows like progress tracking and site analysis. What You’ll Do Own the Agent Marketplace Hub: Act as the full-time owner of the Agent Marketplace user journey, optimizing discovery pipelines, user experience (UX), and personalized recommendation flows to ensure users easily find the right agent for their specific job persona. Lead AI Evaluations (Evals): Design and execute rigorous verification frameworks to ensure all marketplace agents perform at peak reliability. You will master AI evaluation methodology to systematically track model accuracy, behavior, and output quality before agents ever reach production. Smooth the Onboarding and Custom Creation UX: Champion the user experience for agent initialization and deployment. Optimize how sample prompts, built-in system instructions, and data connectors are surfaced so that rolling out an agent template feels intuitive and seamless. Orchestrate the Internal Team Ecosystem: Work directly with internal engineering squads to validate their verticalized agents. Build internal engagement mechanisms, such as quality leaderboards and token/credit allocation systems, to incentivize high‑value agent development across Procore. Drive Third-Party Partner Expansion: Architect the long‑term roadmap for external developers and key partners (e.g., DroneDeploy). Establish the technical standards, API integrations, revenue‑share frameworks, and analytics dashboards that allow third parties to safely publish their own autonomous agents on Procore's platform. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of product management experience, with an emphasis on product marketplaces, developer ecosystems, user onboarding (FTUX), or highly technical B2B platform tools. Strong Construction Domain Background: Deep familiarity with building workflows, project roles, and the real‑world operational needs of contractors, allowing you to seamlessly collaborate with ecosystem partners. Eagerness to Master AI Infrastructure: A strong desire to specialize in AI performance benchmarking, testing loops, and evaluation pipelines (AI Evals). Metrics‑Driven Execution: Experience using data analytics tools (such as Mixpanel, Tableau, or SQL) to closely map conversion funnels, user adoption rates, and multi‑tenant marketplace engagement. Ecosystem and Partner Strategy: Proven capability to handle external partner relationships, negotiate technical alignment, and turn developer‑facing features into vibrant enterprise solutions. Nice to have experience with: Large language model (LLM) prompts, template architectures, or cognitive agent engineering. Building software that integrates third‑party drone data, computer vision, or automated progress tracking. Setting up developer monetization networks or operational monetization telemetry. Additional Information Base Pay Range: 193,844.00 - 266,535.50 USD Annual This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
