Minimum Requirements Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Current CPR certification Current driver‘s license Reliable transportation and insurance Experience with Homecare Homebase Assignment Details May be required to supervise home health aide in procedures directly related to the speech-language therapy plan of care.
