Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Experience implementing behavior intervention plans and ABA therapy
Previous experience in school or pediatric settings highly preferred
Strong communication skills for working with students, teachers, and parents
Ability to maintain accurate and timely data collection and documentation
Compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to students implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collect data on student progress and behavior interventions
Assist with the development of social, communication, and academic skills within a classroom setting
Collaborate closely with classroom staff and interdisciplinary teams
Employ evidence-based strategies to help students manage behaviors and participate in school activities
Maintain organized records in alignment with regulatory standards and guidelines
