Position Overview Type: Full‑Time, On‑site Caseload: K‑12 openings available Key Responsibilities Implement Behavior Plans Execute Interventions: Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students with behavioral challenges. Adapt and Monitor: Ensure fidelity in intervention implementation, adapt strategies to each student’s needs, and provide consistent reinforcement and feedback. Adjust techniques as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Instruction Individualized Support: Conduct one‑on‑one or small group instruction based on individualized education plans (IEPs). Tailored Teaching: Utilize evidence‑based teaching methods, adapt instructional materials, and provide targeted support to enhance learning outcomes. Customize lessons to fit individual learning styles and needs. Data Collection Monitor Progress: Collect data on student progress and behavior using specific measurement tools to inform and adjust intervention strategies. Analyze and Report: Maintain accurate records, analyze trends, and report findings to the educational team for continuous improvement. Use data to refine and optimize behavior plans. Collaboration Work with the Team: Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans across various settings. Communicate Regularly: Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and provide training and support to staff and families. Foster a collaborative environment to enhance student success. Strategy Development Innovate Solutions: Assist in developing new behavior intervention strategies as needed to meet the evolving needs of students. Evaluate and Adjust: Collaborate with BCBAs to brainstorm and trial new approaches, evaluate their effectiveness, and adjust plans accordingly. Implement innovative strategies to address complex behaviors. Team Participation Engage Actively: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and stay updated with best practices. Contribute to Growth: Attend regular training sessions, engage in peer reviews, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. Share insights and learn from colleagues. Confidentiality Uphold Standards: Maintain strict confidentiality of student information and uphold ethical standards in all interactions. Requirements Preferred Experience: Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred.
