We are currently seeking a talented Mid to Senior level Windows System Administrator Engineer to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for delivering top-quality results and taking on new challenges. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement. Demonstrated experience and expertise in Windows Server architecture, engineering standards, and operational procedure Demonstrated experience and abilities to administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance. U.S. citizenship required An active Secret security clearance is required Preferred Qualifications Certifications and/or further education relevant to this role is desired. Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance Perform system health monitoring and proactively address issues that could impact operational stability Conduct performance assessments and capacity planning to support long-term infrastructure scalability Serve as a technical contributor responsible for the stability, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise Windows-based infrastructure Provide deep technical expertise in the design, configuration, and administration of Windows systems while supporting enterprise initiatives that ensure resilient, secure, and scalable environments Demonstrate strong technical proficiency, sound operational judgment, and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues Manage and maintain Active Directory services including domain services, Group Policy administration, and access controls Implement identity and access management best practices in coordination with enterprise security policies Execute Windows patch management activities including scheduling, testing, deployment, and compliance verification Support vulnerability remediation efforts in coordination with cybersecurity teams Ensure systems remain compliant with enterprise patching and security standards Security & Compliance Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and related tools to streamline administrative tasks Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual processes and standardizing repeatable system administration activities Benefits Paid Time Off Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Cloudshape will contribute to 401K plans without employee contributions.
