About This Role As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor, you will complete Long Term Care insurance assessments, obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, and evaluating functional independence levels. This role is ideal for a technologically savvy nurse who can document in real-time using a web application. Highlights Pay: $64,100 - $141,500 annual total cash target pay Location: Allentown, PA Schedule: Full Time What You'll Do Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments. Obtain claimant demographics and physician information. Evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence. Conduct brief cognitive screenings. Assess the claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. Use a point of care web application/system for documentation. Requirements Education: Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice. Experience: 1+ years of RN experience preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Current driver's license and vehicle insurance required. Current CPR certification required.
