Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Friendly and optimistic personality
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated & detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
