What You'll Do:

As an Insurance Account Representative, you'll help customers understand their insurance needs while providing outstanding service and support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Educate customers on auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance
• Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Professional, organized, and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to obtain the required state insurance licenses
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
