Travel Radiology Technologist - $1,981 per week

We are seeking a travel Radiology Technologist to serve at a Level I Trauma & Level 1 Pediatric Trauma teaching hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina. Job Details Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week (12 hour day shift) Shift Time: 0700 – 1930 Employment Type: Travel Job ID: 26-21010(M) Responsibilities Perform a full range of radiology examinations for adults and pediatrics across ED, ICUs, nursing units, and outpatient areas. Conduct clinical interviews as required. Support on‑call, call‑back, weekend, and holiday coverage as per rotation schedule. Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC EMR. Collaborate with modality supervisors, lead technicians, and imaging managers. Follow facility protocols for patient safety and infection control. Scheduling & Coverage No rotation between weekend and weekday shifts; travel staff stay on preferred day shift. Fair rotation for on‑call and call‑back duties among full‑time, part‑time, PRN, and traveler teammates. Holiday coverage required unless approved off in advance. Schedule cycle aligns with 13‑week contract. Equipment & Technology Radiology equipment: Shimadzu RadSpeed, Intelli‑C multipurpose, Konica & Shimadzu portables, Siemens R/F rooms. Electronic Medical Record: EPIC. Qualifications BLS certification. ARRT‑R credential. Minimum 1 year of experience in radiology. Proficient in fast‑paced, high‑acuity clinical environment. Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset. Orientation & Support Facility and departmental orientation, 5‑day program (flexible). Lead technician, modality supervisor, and imaging manager provide support. Scrub color: black for technologists. Free parking available for team members.
